How chardonnay reflects Oregon’s changing wine scene

Time Magazine recently named Oregon’s Willamette Valley one of the World’s Greatest Places for 2023. That’s largely thanks to wine. Pinot Noir put Northwest wine on the map, but its white-wine cousin, Chardonnay is gaining world-wide acclaim. And it pairs well with the jazz scene in our region.
